A quick story...why the name change?

NBM has been around since 2001 - that’s almost 15 years! Whilst the agency has grown up and expanded, the brand of ‘New Business Media’ hasn’t been able to keep up. Besides constantly being confused with the NBN (National Broadband Network), the name felt out-dated and was no longer relevant.

But...a rebrand is kind of difficult right?

It was at the start of this year, in our 12 month strategy meeting that we decided to bite the bullet. We could clearly see that our brand wasn't representative of the fresh, modern and innovative agency we experience day to day.

Alright, so why Pivotal?

From the beginning, we've set out to be more than just a web design company. We endeavour to provide the convenience of a one stop shop for all things digital, whilst never compromising quality. We strive to partner long-term with our clients, to play a part in helping their businesses grow, to be a pivotal component in our clients’ success.

The rebrand has been a long journey from the start of the year, however we're pleased to announce that from today, we're now known as Pivotal Agency.

Pivotal Agency is a human-centred digital agency who strive to be the pivotal point in your business’s success. To us, it’s more than just creating a website ‘that looks pretty’, it’s about helping your business grow.

Our Pivotal family is made up of the most talented and driven creative professionals we could find. We are passionate about partnering with honest people to produce exceptional work. We are interesting individuals made up of gamers, lawn enthusiasts, musicians, outdoor junkies, class clowns and overall friends.

Pivotal exists to help businesses grow by driving action and generating results. Today, it’s not enough to simply push out a quick and un-strategic website. Our difference lies in our ability to look beyond the website and find solutions that meet your individual business goals.
